For some reason my sigma doesn't really produce sharp shots when focusing to infinity during the day shown in the shots above.

Love the first shot. Tree is pretty dead center. Beautiful sky, captures the change from day to night.

Second, nice exposure, silhouette trees are great. Not much going on in the photo though. Needs to tell a story.

Third, cute kid! Focus point looks almost on his arm as opposed to eyes. What aperture you shoot at? Nice composition, maybe bring in closer to subject just a little. Parking lot is pretty rough in the background though.

Good job! Keep up the good work! Love how the images pop!

1st photo: Great colors! And that smoke streak from the plane is a nice detail.

2nd photo: I like how you didn't do a super wide DOF and allowed the lamp posts to be distinguished from each other; to me it's subtle but engaging. But the random people bunched up in the middle of the photo with the random bbq pit and cut off bench to the side makes me wonder what's going on. Also, I understand that you must have shot at a slow shutter speed in order to catch detail, but the blurred out runner on the left confuses me when compared to everyone else who are considerably sharper.

Some cameras, some lenses

Really like the colors in the first shot! If it were me, I might have cropped out the person walking into the frame on the far left to see if I liked it better.

Cute kiddo on #3. Too bad you didn't use a shallower dof (or maybe it wasn't an option) because the parking lot is kind of a distraction.

I'm curious about the EXIF on these - where the first two telephoto? Did you have to use quite a bit of noise reduction? Something seems just a little off to me.

Thanks for sharing!
