Another couple from the same day at RAF Coningsby. The second shot is pretty much a full crop.

Do you pan with these shots or just follow the shoot when ready? I ask as I have not had much look sofar with prop blur at lower shooter speeds.

I pan with the aeroplane. To be honest it was a lot easier with the Dakota, as it was considerably slower, than it was with the Spitfire and Hurricane.

Rather disappointed that I’m not going to be able to make Flying Legends this year as I shall be on my way to New York so here are a couple of pictures from last year. First time that I had seen the F35.

Thanks! It's not always the equipment... although it does help... some of my most liked pictures here on POTN were taken with an original Canon 1D.

Shooting with the difficulty level: lack of light; I was able to get a somewhat decent photo of our CF-18 Demo Team take off during his Twilight Show Practice. Unfortunately he was using the back up jet and not the painted show jet for the season.

I shot these last summer but thought some might like them. Since I was limited (at the time) to a 70-200mm, I decided to see what I could come up with artistically...
