They have to cross it before touching down, but the winner is the one coming to a complete stop first. Sep 27, 2023 18:07 | #7995 kd_reno wrote in post #19561661 The final Reno Air Races came to an unexpectedly sad end on Sunday when Chris Rushing and Nick Macy had a fatal collision following the T-6 Gold Race. Chris had won the race in Barron's Revenge and Nick finished second in Six-Cat. The five remaining scheduled races were canceled. Blue skies and my deepest condolences to the family and friends.
