I have light stand for my soft box, I need to mount my camera in the same light stand. the reason I doing that becuase the location i will took photo no room for both tripod and light stand.

gonzogolf dumb remark memorialized More info | Jan 15, 2015 13:30 | #2 There is a reason why tripods are wider based and more heavily built than light stands. So I wouldnt mount my camera on a light stand. Why do you need to mount the camera on a stand if you are using a flash?

DGStinner Goldmember More info | I think what gonzogolf was getting at was if you're using a flash to light your subject, what do you need a tripod for? If you need a tripod to let in more light, what are you using a flash for?
