Don't know if maybe this should be in the Glamour/Nude section. :p

One from the archives. We were out for a drive on the way to shoot Eagles, and Roughie Hawks, when we came across this pair in the field. Little did we know we were in for such a show. Doubt we will ever get a chance such as this again.

Female "presenting" to the male.

The "Act"

The tie. This is when the males member becomes engorged within the female to lock himself inside her to ensure that his seed gets planted. These two stayed tied for approx 10 minutes before releasing.

Great series and story.

We'd call the last shot "dog locked" in Australia or maybe that should be "fox locked"..........lol

Great experience, I'm sure as it is rare to witness. I've been an avid outdoorsman my whole life. Took me until 2 years ago to see a whitetail buck breed a doe in the wild. It was an experience that I won't ever forget.
