7D II Menu Question

I have received my new 7D II and am trying to learn all the ways to set up this machine.

I have heard on some videos that you can tell the camera how to select which memory card to write to, and to send Raw to one and jpg to the other, or to fill the CF card first before going to the SD (wish it just had 2 CF cards).

Anyway, I have searched through the menus and referred to the manual, and I just can't seem to find where that setup is. Can someone point me in the right direction.
