Can this be changed to a floating button below a browser's toolbar? It's annoying to switch back to my browser from another app, and have the browser scrolled to the top of the webpage. If I can disable this, please let me know.
Thanks!

I can add to todo list to make a switch in FYEO to disable it, but I won't add any buttons for "go up" command, sorry. The Forum Boss, El General Moderator

Thanks for the reply Pekka. I generally have my browser wider than the width of the forum layout showing excess margin. It's a habit developed when browsing websites so I don't click on any links in the body of the website and get taken away from the page of interest. This is when I use a mouse on my desktop PC.

I've never done this before and it seemed like a good enough reason as any to see what could be accomplished. I changed the color scheme in large part to a darker scheme (easier on the eyes), and I removed the invisible "Go To Top" banner that I also find troublesome. Here's a screenshot of my personalized POTN view these days: I'm terrible with CSS and color schemes in general, but I wanted something darker, so I knocked this out in a couple hours the other night. I'm looking forward to the future improvements to the forum, including the ability to choose different themes.

Ooh! I'm liking this extension. Any chance you could share?

I had to make a few modifications after the 1.1 update (and likely w/ future updates as well). Installation instructions are in README.md.

I'll try it out. The 1.1 update has improved readability which is what I like about the extension you developed.

I agree about the readability of the 1.1 update...I write code all day and all of my editors are dark themed so this is a natural extension of that for me.
