Imagine being the third vehicle in line, but the vehicle is a motorcyle. Been there, done that. I was highly nervous. Actually, they were about to get to the road to cross and I just wanted to get past the crossing point and everybody in a car wanted to stop and get a close up. I just got by. They seem huge when you aren't in a car.

There were two adults and two juniors racing around today outside the house.
This boy was rather amorous and I noted the female had a gash on her neck.

Never seen 4 so close to the house before

The set of Bison shots above reminded me of this incident. Luckily it wasn't my Canon 500 or my camera bag. No harm was done, beyond the owner having to cleaning Bison lick off the camera bag contents.

Really are beautiful little creatures.
I was bought up on them being disease carriers and thus never took an interest.
Cute and appealing.
Fantastic photo

I am an animal portrait photographer. I wait and wait for the moment to capture animals in still images as if they are sitting in studio. Not many situations allow for it, but after years of trying to find my own style, I have gotten to this stage. All to do with lens technique, metering, placement of the subject to lens angles, post production - timing, timing, timing.

Thanks v much!

Indeed, and unfairly dealt with by the media for being the source of COVID-19. Bats are what they are and they are part of the eco system. It is the fault of some humans who persist on hunting and eating these animals when it is openly known that they do carry viruses and dangerous bacteria. They just need to be left alone and enjoyed from afar.

Those lions are awesome.
Magnificent photos. You really capture the stateliness of them.
Stunning!

Hadn't heard about ideas on COVID-19 but Hendra virus is transmitted by bat's to horses and fatally to humans. We've lost a few here over the years.
Agree, people play games with safety then wonder why the consequences.

Keep those beautiful images flowing.
