There were signs at the entrance to the shore area telling people not to approach the wildlife. JAK_5593 There was another place up the road that said "keep out" due to the cliffs being unstable. I saw someone hop the fence, probably to take pictures of all the birds. A minute later I saw all the birds flying. If the animal's behavior is altered, my opinion is that one is generally too close.
