It's not a bear, but it was rather bitey nevertheless. I was riding my motorbike up into Lamington National Park, Queensland, when this fella decided to bar my passage.

"None shall pass!"

So I did what all dedicated photogs would do. I parked the bike, got the camera out and annoyed the sh*t out of him till I got the shot I was after.

Edit: google tells me it's the buccal cavity that leads to the esophagus. Same thing as far as I'm concerned. Not going to get to close to it!

I think it's the glottis which leads to it's trachea (airway) and is inside the front of it's buccal cavity (like the back of our mouth). Snakes need to breath when eating large pray.

You could try a camera. I tried painting landscapes once. Nobody new what I painted. A camera seemed to work better for me. Maybe you are a good painter.ߘðߘ

Tonight I was painting with a Moose brush once again. I’m working on a bigger brush but their not easy to find around here.
