I use Canon gear...have several bodies and lenses and am quite pleased with them.

Very nice photo. Love the light and the low angle.

But! What does your caption mean?
I have vision of a sleeping bag on the ground and you awake to this

It means I am a big fibber!

This was taken at Senyati in Botswana, where there is an enclosure or "bunker" that puts you at ground level. ;)

Reminds me of when I camp just outside of Yellowstone Park. . I sometimes open the tent in the morning to hear hooves and grunting just outside the tent flap. . It's the Bison that hang around the campground. . I don't see 'em, cause it's still dark when I get up, but the noise they create that close to me gives me quite a start!

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Had a fun time back in Yellowstone last month..... it was bitter cold starting our days in the -20's and a lot of wind & snow blowing made it hard to hold our long lenses still. Even though, it was fun. Here is a big old coyote running right in front of me. I don't think he realized how deep the snow was and got stuck in it several times. It was quite comical to watch.

Talking about wildlife… Back in 2016/17 a fella just up the road from me decided to compile some game cam footage of the wildlife in this part of the world. I'm sure a few may enjoy the sights and sounds of wildlife around where I live.

Now I had nothing to do with making this nor do I claim to. Only posting it for your wildlife enjoyment.

Beautiful shot, the Pines and Snow make for great surroundings for your deer photos.
