I've had the Tamron for a few weeks now and here are some of the images that I've captured with it from the local wildlife preserve:

Great shots. I haven't been outside with mine in a while. Are these from a tripod or hand held? If hand held what SS are you shooting?

Those are nice. Thanks for posting. I'm really close to pulling the trigger on this lens too. Can you provide some info on focal lengths used in some of those shots? Tripod or hand held?

Those were all taken at 600mm and all taken with a tripod and a gimbal head.
This shot was taken at 600mm hand-held, for comparison:

Thanks for the info. I think it's order time for me.

I'll have to remember how to use the phrase ".... Oh .... THAT lens? .... I've had it a long time but just don't use it often" when my wife asks about it. :-D

Great looking shots. I am very likely to pull the trigger on this one soon also.

Great shots--the Caracara handheld at 600mm is impressive...

I'm on the list to pull the trigger too...

Thank You.

Great shots!

2 weeks with my Tammy now and loving it! Even without any Sun :(

600mm(on FF) has really opened up birding and makes it a bit more enjoyable.

The tamron is stellar and really falls in that rare price-2-performance category. May be one the best deal(top 5 for sure).
