Fetch function, do not recognize any more 500px ?
500px blocking the fetch function ?

little problem with the "Fetch" ;)
In the past i put pictures from 500px like this one > https://photography-on-the.net …82&mg=367506&i=i101139556
and it was working super fine, i just put the url of the webpage and OHhh miracle the picture appear on super AMASS :)

Today i tried to put this one > https://500px.com …laborda?from=user_library (external link) (same type of url like usual) and it does not work, super AMASS is telling me that it is not a picture.
So i tried with some picture/url which was already on POTN from 500px and it does not work ether anymore (but the "old" one are still on super AMASS).

For me it's not a problem, if FETCH does not work i'll upload to super AMASS :-P ,
So Voila, it was just to report it ;)

Thanks Pekka for everything (we will never tell it enough) :-D

Fixed. 500px fetching should work again. They changed a few things in their templates.

I used MQ to reply to two posts in The Lounge. The first of those posts wasn't inserted in full. Its first three paragraphs were missing. I saved what was there as a draft without adding anything. It's in my Unfinished Replies, which I suppose you can see (?).

Then, when I came to this Bugs thread to report it, I used the POST TO THREAD button and got the same two quoted posts in the typing window here.

I have AMASS version 1.133 ready soon. It will have many fixes and also PM notifications by email, and a "deny PM" setting in FYEO.

I just fixed an other issue with 500px: they have now a mixed set of URLs in their embed code depending on sizes, and some sizes are served from domain drscdn.500px.org without image type extension.

Images from that domain are now displayed by AMASS as embedded images (normally extensionless URLs are not rendered). This fix is now online here.

One more proof that we cannot imagine all the work you are doing behind the scene, impressive !
Thanks a lot-a-lot Pekka !

Might just be a fluke, but on my Android phone, when I click "Post to Thread", the Editor was quoting some post that I didn't recognize. It quoted the same rogue post no matter what thread I was in. And when I went to another thread and clicked on "Quote", I was getting a multi-quote, with that same strange post quoted along with the correct quote.

Rebooting the phone now, in case it is a problem with the phone.

You had (my mistake maybe) clicked MQ somewhere. It is stored in a cookie.

In "Quote tools" you have a command to clear MQ selections. After that next time you open the editor the MQ won't be there.

Thanks. For whatever reason all is normal again now.

Not a bug, but perhaps an oversight. When you view a member's gallery, photos in G&N are masked with gray. If you click a gallery photo to view it in the forum where originally posted, the whole gallery appears as a sidebar on the left, and G&N photos are not masked in that sidebar.

I hate to add to all the things you already deal with Peeka and I'm going to try and fix it myself, but it seems I can't link my older Flickr pictures? The bottom picture was uploaded to Flickr in 2013 and it shows in the quote but not in the thread? This is the second time this has happened and it's only with the older pictures? I'm going to try and find the original picture on my computer and replace it on Flickr to see if that fixes it.
It says "MIME changed to 'text/plain' "?

Thanks,
Stina

MIME changed to 'text/plain' ... means that the FlickR's servers now see your image as a text, not as an image, means also any browser will see it as a text because the FlickR's server say to the browser "hey guys this is a text i am sending to you".

A replacement of the online picture is a good idea and might (surely) solve the problem (or not, it depend with what kind of software you are compressing/resizing the picture)

I went back and replaced that image in Flickr with the exact same image and it seems to have fixed it. The only thing I can think of is the timeline when I uploaded it to Flickr has something to do with the problem?
Maybe it was just that one picture? You can ignore my issue. -?

Odd behavior in "what are you listening to?" in the Lounge:
https://photography-on-the.net …ead.php?p=17433245&ut=ask

The post following #17 is not numbered. It's apparently a partially uploaded video. Beneath the video there's nothing - no text, no buttons, none of the bottom-of-page stuff.

I'm using Firefox 35.0.1

-js
