Here's a video review I shot recently with the Westcott Rapid
Box Duo...

I also do a comparison between the Canon 600 EX RT flash
and a $65 Yongnuo speed light.

The results were very surprising.

The only cons are, I wish it came with the Deflector plate
and the egg crate grid.
