Hi
I'm about to buy a macro lens. I have previously owned the old Tamron 90 without VC and the Sigma 105 OS. I was very pleased with both, but I did not like the Tamron 90 without internal focus and the sound of the AF. Sigmat had a better AF. One thing I liked about the Sigma 105 was that it can be used with teleconverters.

Today I can get the new Tamron 90 with VC and weather sealing + 5 year warranty and Sigma 105 OS with a 5 year warranty for the same price.

I love the bokeh and want a so soft and nice bokeh as possible, unfortunately it seems that the new Tamron 90 not have received high marks when it comes to bokeh.
What do you think?

My camera is 6D

If you liked both lenses before, and the Sigma casts no doubts in your mind, but the Tammy does regarding bokeh....well you know. ;) Sigma it is.

Yeah it maybe sounds easy to choose but the Sigma don't have a weather sealing but it has 15 mm more length

Oh...ok. If you do shots where your lens can get wet then that adds another consideration.

Heya,

Tamron's modern VC on this lens, razor sharpness (rivals the 100L) and sealing makes it an obvious choice to me.

Very best,
