Multible shots at each exposure

I tried my first HDR exposures with the canon 1d mk iv and the camera is taking 5 shots in each exposure. So I'm bracketing 5 and ending up with 25 images. For the life of me I can't find where to change that. Anyone else experience this?

Number of bracketed shots
0:3 shots
1:2 shots
2:5 shots
3:7 shots

page 209 in the manual

should take care of the issue

Turn off WB auto-bracketing.
