Spotted this Juvenile Bald Eagle Sunday 1/25/15 in Bridgehampton N.Y. Also saw another on Shelter Islands Mashomack Preserve but was too far to get a good image. Nice to see these birds making a comeback.

Thank you and yes, always good to see. I saw one other juvenile at a preserve the same day but it was too far for a picture but not the binoculars :-)

Here is my first Bald Eagles. One is a juvinile. They both stayed close to each other and did not want me near them. They are inafield n Kent Island MD about 10 miles from where Ilive

if you ever want to make you way to the west coast, specifically Vancouver Island, you would have a hay-day with these birds. It always strikes me as odd when people have to go out and look for them. So come on over, we are silly with them.

Good for you Bob, and congrats on gaining this 1st! It's a 1st many of us are still waiting for.
Now that you know they're around you can spend hours and hours chasing more images.....it's OK, we'll be here when you get back :-)
