Posted this one in another thread but havn't got much feed back. Would like any comments on how I could improve it if any. I haven't touched or cropped it as yet only resized it to post. It's my favourite shot from a recent holiday.

You could add a little more contrast with curves and a little sharpening. I have done it, but can't post it because you have signified you do not allow editing. You can change that setting in your UserCP if you wish.

I like the composition and depth of field. And the focus seems dead on. Nice job!

Thanks for the comment. These guys were from 'monkey island' off Phuket in Thailand. There is another monkey shot in a previous post if interested

Is that a contrast adjustment?

Just layered it and set the mode to Soft Light, sharpened using Focus Magic, and the Photo Filer, Warm, set at 25%. Composition wise, it needed no improvement. Great shot, very pensive.

It is a great shot and the composition is good. The edits gave it just what it needed.

I like what mike did.
But I already liked the shot as it was. The PP improved it greatly.

My thoughts exactly. The extra contrast has helped tremendously. Great capture of his expression.

Really good edits...I like them...the only thing maybe to add is burn the background in a bit.

Agreed! Thanks guys. I have only just got Adobe Photoshop CSE and don't have a clue how to use it. The edits and info will help alot.
