Continuing with the topic of seasonings, today's subject is nutmeg. One setup, two views. The fabric is a bunched-up old dishtowel, put there to hide the line where counter meets wall and some distracting details nearby.

^^ Wish I could see more of that vintage table but what I can see looks great.

This isn't exactly about food but rather an alternate way to cook it. I recently purchased an Anova Sous Vide cooker and upgraded my FoodSaver vacuum sealer to boot. I use both to cook steaks, pork chops, Chicken, etc using the water immersion method.
