what a7 camera to rent

I will be doing a bit of travelling in the next couple of weeks and one of the main things i will.be doing is going to small cafes and western style restaurants here in asia. i want to take pictures of the food, decor and just overall style of the place. for this purpose i would think the a7s would suit me the best due to its high iso capabilities. However i would love to see and use the detail of the 36mp a7r. The a7r also has an inconveniently loud shutter as i have read, not heard. I want to pair the body with the 55mm 1.8 lens for a small and light package. The other option is just take my 6d. Any recommendations?

Your on point with the A7R concerns. I think the A7II is a great middle ground. The IBIS will give you extra help if you find yourself in low light situations. That would be my first choice. Since you may find yourself in some seriously low light you will want the A7s then. Kind of depends if you want MP or silent shutter and high ISO performance.
