Another portion of the enjoyment of the storms was the noise! The thunder boomers were awesome. Getting a lightning shot was pure luck - hundreds of random frames shot and one had a strike in it. Shoot ten rapid frames, wait a little and shoot ten more rapid frames and on and on. Of course it was during the waiting periods that all the nice lightning was out.
