I live in Mesa (way out east, almost to AJ) I got my Rbel XTi about 3 months ago and am having a blast, and trying to save up for more lenses, I just have the kit lens right now. Here is my best duck shot from Water Ranch in Gilbert (hope I get this upload right!). I hope to be able to shoot with you all and learn more about photography.
apparently I didn't do that right, I am just getting the Red X. Its on Flickr at http://www.flickr.com …s/10007386@N08/773195213/ ~Jake AZPOTN

I mean Hatch... you need to be ready to teach us about waterdrops.. I have some grass in my yard, but it's not that long.. I'll have to save a section from the lawn mower for a few weeks.... No daisies though, so we might have to visit Safeway for a pretty one... Holy cow... I am holding a macro clinic? LOL No worries... can do! I will pick up a pink flower...I think it's Adams color? LOL Wait a minute... I'm the one who had the pink on at the seminar.

ROFL I will bring a few blades of the saw grass ( I think that is what it is called) when I come over. I'll bring a tripod as well...to make things easier on us. This is going to be a crazy class. Off to bed... Hatch Night Macro Man... and I have a tripod if you want to save the trouble of packing your car.. It has a small Manfrotto Ball head.. don't know if that works for you or not.. but it's under my bed. I use it for intruders mostly..
