She tested a new peanut brownie recipe and it looked good coming from the oven. In after thought we realized the ratio of flour to wet ingredients that this was bound to be a dry mess and it was. Wound up being incorporated into a brownie bread pudding, no pics.

How much do you charge for these? I'd like to make a cobble stone walkway to my front door.

j/k!
Hope the bread pudding turned out. Good way to turn stones into diamonds. Uh... just a figure of speech. :-P

2/3 cup of bourbon along with espresso was incorporated into the bread pudding remake. Worked out really well. Was thinking later that a caramel-rum sauce would have been good too.;-)a

This was our first attempt at making Cowboy Baked Beans by ourselves.
We made them for friends and family this past Memorial Day.
They were awesome!!
The recipe that we followed is in the images' description on Flickr.
These photos were taken 'hand-held' in the natural shade under a patio table's awning.
I KNOW that we will make these beans again, and I will attempt more more thoughtful images then.

ThreeHounds,

Thank you, and I cannot ever imagine eating plain, canned beans again.
Be advised that the Cowboy Baked Beans were real spicy as well.
I loved them!

You may also like this image of an attendee's Pretzel Dog.
Why he stopped filling it at the half-way point, is beyond me.
Maybe he was just being polite, but there was a tub of fixings available.
Big chunks of thick-cut bacon!!

(Prop & Peller Pretzel Buns were used)

She wanted to do a variation on one of the brownie recipe's she's testing. Noticed that as the sugar ratio dropped the "bark" or crust did not crackle as much. More sugar the more it cracks and the less it doesn't. This is a low sugar variation so the depth-darkness of the cocoa is more present. Variations tested have been with varying roasts of coffee, espresso and a variety of dark 55-70% chocolates.
