I'm currently unemployed so anytime is free time for me to shoot right now, and i haven't been utilizing it as such. Also i don't know anyone locally that shoots, I'm originally from Michigan and i belonged to a group there and miss it and would like to organize a similar group here.

Cold? Tennessee winters are like an extended fall that runs back into spring.

We should find a location and time that a few of us can agree upon and have a first meet up, and see if we can grow it from there.

yea buddy. should be decent. plus the hike in is nice. hit me up if ya wanna go. we going Nov. 21. were gonna meet at hometown IGA next to one stop and burger king in Johnson City. right on interstate 26. @ 7 a.m.

I'm glad to see that there are so many people on here from TN, and specifically from the Knoxville area. I just moved to Seymour (on the south side of Knoxville). I definitely think we need to have a Knoxville POTN meet :)

Lucky y'all!!!!! I grew up in Kingston...all those many years ago. In the 80s I ran the project to put in the first cellular phone system which was for US Cellular in Concord. Wish I was still in easy driving distanct to Cade's Cove!!!!
