My guess would be around $19-25k based on the scant info provided. I don't know where the buildings are located relative to each other, lighting or other logistics constraints, where the images will hang, etc. so I would assume 5 half days and 5 full days equipment rental, plus prints (printing, mount system, crating, shipping) and licensing. If air travel is involved then potentially quite a bit more.

Thanks for the great replies all helpful. I should say it's not for realestate purposes. It's former locations of 1 company. They want a wall mural so to speak of past locations up to the current location (giant 2 story building they have purchased).
So that's where it's a bit tricky as I am not taking them for the purpose of "ok we are going to use these pics to sell/ rent the space" and it's also not for digital (I don't think they really even want digitals). It's a "commercial" job since it's for a business but their desires are more along the lines of a personal session's desires "we want some pictures for our walls". Purely for enjoyment purposes, or I'm guessing to show the company's progress over the years....
Aerial photography would be nice but I do think it's beyond the scope of the project I don't think they are looking for something that all encompassing. IT crossed my mind but I think they are just wanting these for illustrative purposes to show how much they've grown as a corporation than anything.

I would drop the recurrent theme of how much others might charge and start thinking about how much you would need to charge to execute your vision. There will always be someone cheaper. I'm sure they can find someone on CL to shoot it for $50 and get a "disc with all the images" they can send to Wal-Mart for poster prints. They deserve better, don't they?

There will always be someone cheaper but part of any business strategy should always include market research, etc. I am not looking to "match" other's pricing I am simply totally at a loss as to how someone else might quote it. So really just asking. It does not imply I would drop my price either.
