Hey all! I hope I am putting this in the right thread, but has anyone here ever used the cheap shoulder rig, the Revo SR-1000? I begin filming for a comedy/horror in 2-3 months and wondering this cheap little shoulder rig is better than handheld? I don't want to spend $500 for the Glidecam HD2000 since that is butter smooth and doesn't fit the kind-of action-style film I am looking for. I am going to film it with my 6D and going to use the 85mm 1.8 & 16-35mm F4 L lenses. If not, does anyone here have any suggestions for a really good shoulder rig for under $150-$200? As a side-note, with your suggestions, are there any decent ways to place a monitor on them?
