Bird identification needed

I capture this little guy as I was heading back to my car. My first guess is this is a very young bad eagle.

I would suggest you've captured a Red-shouldered Hawk, and very nicely at that.

Great capture of a western Red-tailed hawk. Very beautiful birds. Adult Red-shoulders have black wings and tail with white bars, and reddish 'shoulders'. The chest/belly pattern can be deceiving, but the tail and wings give this away as a Red-tail.

If you guys skip to about 6 minutes. You can see the hawk in action. He was pretty mellow and didn't mind me being around. there is also an unexpected visitor that shows up in the back. there is no sound in this video.
