I capture this little guy as I was heading back to my car. My first guess is this is a very young bad eagle.

Adult Red-shoulders have black wings and tail with white bars, and reddish 'shoulders'. The chest/belly pattern can be deceiving, but the tail and wings give this away as a Red-tail. He was pretty mellow and didn't mind me being around. there is also an unexpected visitor that shows up in the back. there is no sound in this video.
