Any and every Company can have issues with cards going bad it is how they take care of the issue, I realize that if a photo is corrupt your pretty much out of luck, but at least with Lexar replacing card for free, I'll only be buying Lexar Professional from now on out.

I also ordered a Transend UDMA CF reader from eBay, but now it won't be here until March 19th so I just got a hold of a local company and ordered a Lexar UDMA 7 Card Reader.

Thanks
Gary

I just called and canceled the reader from the local computer store ($49.99) I was on Adorama and they have them on sale $10 off to bring it down to $29.99.

I'm not sure how much longer it will be on sale but if anyone needs a udma reader nows the time

Had an issue with my 32GB 400x Lexar Professional last week while I was on vacation; was also purchased as a part of 2-pack ~3.5 yrs ago :)

Few images ended up getting corrupted, but fortunately I caught the issue relatively early and didn't use the card til I got home. Contacted Lexar support and going to swap the cards for a replacement.

Did Lexar offer to recover the data for you for free?
Thanks

I don't exactly remember how the conversation went. All the images that got corrupted had another copy, so I didn't ask. Got the replacement card today, received 800x instead of 400x. Nice gesture by Lexar.
