Need Help Identifying

I took this at a zoo and neglected to document the name.
I'd appreciate some help. Tried describing it to Google to no avail.

Does Micronesian kingfisher ring a bell? I did a search and came up with that one.

Right? When I described this bird I got a whole lot of images that yep, it goes along with what I described but nope, it's not the bird.

Thank you Lester, it was my first time out with a tripod practicing with my new camera and lens.
Hope to get out in nature soon.
Love your gallery; haven't gotten all the way through it yet but I will.
