Hi can anyone recommend me a printer thats less then £250 please with the following features

Print borderless A3 photo prints in high quality

Able to scan at least A4 documents

Scan negatives from film

Good decent print speeds for office document printing

Wireless printing to work seamlessly on windows, osx, linux and Android/iOS operating system

Wired ethernet port to connect to my network.

Not too expensive ink

Good warranty

Kind regards

There is really a very simple answer to this. There isn't one that will do everything that you want at anywhere near that price point. Also I do not think that you will find that a scanner as part of an all in one will scan negatives. You will need to have both a printer and a scanner. I would suggest looking at the Epson V500 line of scanners for what you need. They are though going to used at least half your budget.

As far as printers go I don't think you will want to be using a A3+ photo printer for office printing. The costs will be prohibitive. You are going to be looking at around you budget just for a reasonable quality entry level photographic A3+ printer in the UK. Unlike the USA the printer manufacturers do not seem to offer huge discounts on those types of printer. If you want best quality and use OEM ink sets a full set of inks is likely to cost you between £75 and £100.

I would think that you would have to at least double your budget to get both a reasonable scanner and printer. Then chuck in another £100 or so to get an entry level A4 laser printer for your office printing needs.
