I first brought some images of this bird to the board a couple of months ago thinking I might never see it again. Boy was I wrong as it has now provided me the opportunity to bring you these more "formal" portraits.

I'm very fortunate to now see this bird on a very regular basis in my backyard. I hope you've enjoyed the portraits of this little tail-wagger and I always appreciate comments and critiques as you see fit. Thanks for having a look!

Excellent Steve! Love the detail/clarity! You know you've nailed the shot when it looks like you can touch the screen and feel the texture of the feathers. You nailed it!!

Very nice indeed, Steve; in my experience eastern phoebes are great posers, and your photos prove it.
