I think it works like this:
Once you've been a registered member for 30 days, you will be able to see them. That is because you have already met the requirement to have written at least 30 posts.

Used to be that anyone could see the classifieds (but not post to them), but that has changed recently.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
