so I configured it on OS X to RAID 1 and formatted to EXFAT. Not sure why it doesn't give me MS-DOS option but anyway, exfat should work on vista no problem. I even downloaded exfat driver from microsoft and installed. No go. Windows does recognize the drive but tells me I have to format first. I even tried WD utility for windows but while it allows configuration, it wouldn't even show different file format options. Once formatted on windows it's NTFS so OS X won't write/copy to it. I am wondering if it's the drive size issue. It's 2x4TB drive in raid 1 configuration so it's 4TB. OS X shows 4TB, windows 3.6TB .Anyone?
