To use just your right thumb? Or thumb and forefinger? Stupid question but just wondering what you do.

Feb 06, 2015 10:12 | #4 I normally use just my thumb because most of the time I am turning the dial while looking through the viewfinder so I would have to remove my hand from the grip to include my forefinger. I have never thought about what I use when the camera is on a tripod but I might actually use both thumb and forefinger then. Joe

Why would you use anything but your thumb? To use your forefinger you'd have to take your hand off the grip. How would you ever make exposure modifications with your eye looking through the view finder? You'd have to balance the camera in your left hand. Mark
