It seems like the tone of the background should shade gradually to a darker gray in the upper right corner than the gray that's there. This would balance the placement of the figure and be consistent with the lighting on the face.

For a 5-shot HDR, I think it looks very good. My only suggestion would be to lighten the face, or darken the hand, for a more balanced look.

Thanks for the feedback, it is actually a selfie taken infront of a window, i think the odd shadin (shaddow) in the background is dud to the placement of the window and the sun, i'll make sure that i get my lighting sorted next time then retry another day :-)
