This could go either way in the hunting section or here I believe but after reading Jeff's story I thought i would share it here as well. I first encountered this bull in early July. He was a magnificent bull in his prime and as nontypical as they come. He made it to December 28th two more day's and the late season tag closed. Longer story short I was photographing them when I encountered a gentlemen with the tag. My heart strings were tugged at but I could not blame them, as a hunter myself I new they were just filling a tag and that meant meat. After telling them which was the biggest bull he readied himself and almost like a six sense all eleven bulls stood up from their beds. When he went to shoot I tried to stop him but he fired and struck this bull in the neck as he walked in front of the much bigger bull. It was done and nothing I could do, I was hoping so much to see what this giant would look like in the warmer months to come. As fate would have it the bull he was aiming for is the bull next to him in the second picture 3 wks earlier.

I forgot to mention this bull was half the bull as he was in his prime. He is completely busted up, but in his prime he would of scored as a non-typical very well. He was as beautiful as they get and so unique. In these photo's he is with a 5x5 bull that was being watched by both Idaho & Nevada do to his huge side he was a unbelievably massive for a 5pnt.
