hmm not sure about the viewing, the price is 39.00 I think, if you hit the purchase button on the right it will tell you. the demo wont save the original file size, they're a lot smaller. Also the full version comes with Machinery explorer, which is super nice, you can look through all your image files and edit the ones you want from there, it just opens them in machinery2. I think the demo only saves to 1280 on the long side.
Also the full version comes with a plugin for Lightroom, which is really nice. I think its definitely worth the price.

I'm also pretty sure that 90% of agent's/brokers don't even know what HDR is.

You might be surprised...more know about it than you think, because so many "photographers" are supplying them with mostly bad HDR...

EOS 6d, 7dMKII, Tokina 11-16, Tokina 16-28, Sigma 70-200mm F/2.8, Sigma 17-50 F/2.8, Canon 24-70mm F/2.8L, Canon 70-200 F/2.8L, Mixed Speedlites and other stuff.

When it ceases to be fun, it will be time to walk away

I think that's the key, is how well done it is and the amount of hdr "effect". I personally don't like the effect for most of my stuff, but this program will let you do whatever and however much you want. You can use one shot or use bracket shots and use the auto align. I'm not trying to sell the software, just trying to help someone out.
To me its just another tool to try. I'll do anything to shorten my pp time and have the results I want.

I have elements 12 now. In your opinion, should I purchase this or Lightroom?

No HDR? Then why is HDR in the photo's title?
