I needed some replacement parts (due to my own fault by not checking on the tightness of a tiny screw...not the fault of Acratech) on my Ultimate GP Ballhead and Chrys came through with flying colors.

The parts were sent out USPS Priority mail, arrived in a few days and all is well.

I don't own any part of the company and don't personally know them, but you cannot go wrong with an Acratech Ballhead, I've had mine for years and love it. Great product and superior service.

It's nice to have a company care so much about their customers.

After about 7 years mine had some issues in that it wouldn't quite lock down with my 5D3 and Tammy 150-600. It would droop slightly and I could move it if I tried hard.

I called them, was instructed to send it in, and told they had a 2 day max turnaround time. I sent it off, they had it less than 24 hours, they shipped it back 2nd day. It was perfect, good as new, and packed perfectly.

They make a great product, and it is so nice to have such a great customer service experience. They are a standout company.

This has been my experience with Acratech as well. Great product and the customer service cannot be beat.
