Tamron 90mm f2.5 @ f2.5. This lens has become one of my favorites for portraits.

Recently got this little guy off eBay. It was in dire need of tender loving care....after some basic cleaning and TLC, this new acquisition turned out to be a great lens. Its really tiny for a 135mm lens (the littlest 135 that I have ever used). What has me really stumped is that the lens has only 5 bladed aperture, where all the information points to this lens having 7 blades. Maybe a prototype? :D (Its M42 / Edixa mount)

If anyone has any knowledge about it, please step forward! :)

Anyway, here is the lens, and some sample pictures from it.

Very nice results with the focal reducer - do you find any loss of sharpness or contrast when using one vs straight lens?

Not really, maybe a little softer at the edges. The only real downside was the weight, and it made the lenses barrel distortion a little more exaggerated.
