My G3 seems to have a loose or disconnected wire from the body to the swivel according to its symptoms. The light on the LCD just won't turn on. I actually ventured into opening the LCD panel and found that what I was told is exactly right. The only problem is that the piece that is disconnected needs to be glued back in order to stay and I am not sure that crazy glue will do the trick. I am thinking that it needs to be soldered down. Any suggestions? Should I try crazy glue or take it to someone to be done properly? Thanks so much.

I wouldn't recommend the super glue route ... good chance it could insulate the connecting wire. Have it soldered properly.
