Like the expression
Here are some observations from a learner as I go..
Skin looks soft and her teeth really stick out due to brigtness. Its the first thing my eyes pick up..
Also not sure about the black outline around the frame..

I agree that the PP on this picture has not helped it at all. It's too soft looking and doesn't look natural.
