Got some new glass for Christmas and just got a new camera to mate with it. Finally got some sun this weekend.

Beautifully colorful image Rusty!
Love the setting i.e. it is such a typical perch for a Mockingbird, and the berries surrounding it add a neat touch. Well done!

It has been frustrating. Got a Sigma 150-500 at Christmas and only got to use it a few time due to weather. Then got a 7dmk2 a couple of weeks ago. Every time I head out it is gray and cloudy. So I come home from work and just go in the back yard and listen and watch. Finally the birds are showing up and this time the sun was out.

I like the lens, love the camera. Speed of focus is a vast improvement over my T1i.

Thanks for the comments. There will be more as spring start here in Texas.
