Which eneloop batteries are everyone using for flash?

Choice 2. Eneloop for me.
They multiply faster than rabbits.
Between the Low Disharge NiMH Eneloop, Maha Imedion and NiMH Powerex, I have both scenarios covered. Also a Maha Battery Charger C801D is highly recommended.

I use amazon basics (rebranded eneloop xxx). They perform very well and last a bit longer than the standard 2000 mah versions.

The charger I use is the powerex Maha c9000.

I had a $50.00 Amazon gift card, so I ordered up two chargers and 16 of the Eneloop batteries, which came recommended to me by a friend. I think I paid $11.00 and change out of pocket.

I got them because the alkalines I was using, Duracell and Energizer, seemed to run very, very hot. I was told these don't run nearly as hot and, as a result, wouldn't wreak havoc with my 580 EXII's.

We shall see...
