Eastern wild turkey - Up close and peronsal

Using a friends Tamron 150-600 I was able to get this close up of this tom turkey out my basement window. He was feeding on sunflowers under a bird feeder. I guess I should have only had it zoomed to 590mm to capture his whole head. But I almost got it all in.... ;-)a

Capturing the color of a Wild Turkey's head and the iridescent feathers are difficult, getting the exposure right for both is very difficult, well done. This lens is proving to be very nice.
