Canon 17-55 w/ B+W clear filter & Canon hood

For sale is a Canon 17-55 with an actual Canon EW-83j hood ($50). I bought a third party hood originally but it didn't fit well. Also included: a B+W 77mm Clear with Multi-Resistant Coating (007M) Filter ($90 on Amazon). This is supposed to help seal the lens against dust.

The 17-55 was purchased from Allen's Camera. It was used but in "LNIB" condition, i.e., "like new in the box". There is a small amount of visible dust inside the lens but I had to use a high powered flashlight to see it. I tried to get a decent photo of it so you can see for yourself. As usual, it doesn't ever affect a photograph. This is so common with this lens, it's almost silly to document it.

Price: Now reduced to $600 including insured USPS Priority mail to CONUS addresses only. The PayPal fees are also included in that price.

A note: In order to get that dust to show up, I used a 960 (oops) lumen flashlight. I can't see it with the naked eye. Hence, in the photo, the dust looks much worse than it actually is.

I made a mistake with the lumens on my Fenix flashlight: 960 instead of 9600 lumens. Ooops.

I really had to use a flashlight to get the small amount of dust to show up. This lens is pristine and works like new. I only used it half a dozen times after I purchased it.

I such a newbie at selling stuff. I should have taken a photo of the box, etc. I have the box, manual and everything that comes with a 17-55. Perfect condition: even the UPC barcode is intact.
