As usual, great composition and interesting light.

I love how the family developed a complete lack of awareness of the presence of your camera. It’s a very natural style.

New to this thread, and only recently a POTN member, but so happy to see a kids' thread. I have five children (two have flown the nest) and so have plenty of material to bore you all with. I also like playing with B&W :-)

The look on the little ones face is wonderful, totally enthralled with the nail painting.

I'm accross the canal just south of Ballard, the town Seattle usurped in 1907.

So much to see in this little scene, love the rapt attention on the face of your smallest person....

The low, wide angle of this shot is fantastic. Really makes the viewer feel like they're a part of this scene. As a matter of fact, I think my feet feel wet.

Thank you, Pekka! I'm sure some members here might have imagined that POTN might begin winding down. But that doesn't make the news any less disappointing. So generous of you to allow us to go along for the ride. As a result you gave us a way to help each other become better photographers. But there's still so much more to learn.

A candid of my mom while she reads information on one of her patients from a tablet. Shot with a Fuji GW690III on Ilford Delta 400 @ 800 at f3.5.

It's even better because it was shot on film!
