He's hearing things at that moment and has dead eyes...i've watched him go from a very loud sociable person to totally quiet and withdrawn. My daily routine is to keep him "thinking" and doing simple stuff like changing, walking and general hygiene but as you know it's ultimately a losing situation.

He is and has been my most willing model/subject of the family members.
