Its not often that I get good views of this bird, usually its rear end flying away at a great rate of knots!

very impressed with your stalking skills- these guys are usually impossible to get close to and impossible to see as well

Your 2nd and 3rd images are especially well executed and belong in a book somewhere on bird ID.
Your 1st is a hoot as you caught it mid-bath/preen. Well done!
