What the title says....

These 2 pics were taken mid-August here in north Mississippi.

I wasn't even looking in the Oriole family. Could it be a female Orchard Oriole rather than Baltimore? Several male orchards frequented my backyard last summer. Baltimores are common in this region, but I never saw a male although I watched for them.

Yes, they are! Particularly the females. I looked back and forth at the images and descriptions and still could not be sure. I'm supposing based on the male population, which might be a poor assumption on my part. Thanks again!

I'm thinking you got it. The belly looks like it may be too yellow to be a Baltimore? This is a tough one for sure. I'll try and dig up some more info later on.
