Needs bigger tires then the small built in roller cases. Thinking of jogging stroller but they seem a little 2 heavy and bulky. Any ideals or experience would be welcome.

Have you seen the Folding Cast Aluminum Hand Carts that are typically sold at Home Depot/Lowe's> Should be about $25-50 or so. I recently was given a slightly used one, so do not know the brand etc. Mine is pretty well made.

150# Capacity. Reviews on this particular one are not good, but the idea is the same..... Here you go:

UPDATE! Here is what I have, called Magna Cart:

This is what I use. I've had it for at least a year and though it isn't a life saver, it certainly is a back saver:

I did add a bar across the top that joins the two U brackets together. It keeps everything in place.

Yes Phoenixkh, that is the ideal. little concerned about the space it takes up when not in use even if it folds,,and second the weight i assume that one would be about 30-35 lbs. I had considered a golf bag cart,,,but they seem less sturdy but more packable. I need to see one in real life .
CanonCameraFan , thanks for the reply,,I have what you suggested already, problem with it is the wheels are to small to work well on loose gravel , and rough terrain. But there good in that they travel compactly.

I don't know what it weighs... I'm sure their site has it (Rugged Gear). It fits in the trunk of my Avalon but I had to take off one wheel.

I looked long and hard for one that would really work for me.
